• Please inspect the hair colour, length, and texture without removing the security ties, hygiene seal, or product tags.
• Hair extensions, halos, toppers, and wigs may only be returned if they remain unused and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted if the hair has been worn, brushed, washed, styled, cut, coloured, toned, or altered in any way.
• Returns cannot be accepted if the security ties, hygiene seals, or product tags have been removed or tampered with.
• Any item returned with signs of wear, odours, styling products, makeup, or damage will be refused and returned to the sender.
• We recommend checking the colour match carefully before removing any tags or trying the hair on fully.
